Lomas De Tauro Information
“Lomas de Tauro” (Tauro Hills) is an exclusive private
urbanization of six luxury villas in the village of Tauro overlooking the
Anfi Championship Golf Course and with superb views to the Atlantic Ocean.
Tauro is situated in the community of Mogán in the southwest of Gran Canaria.
This area is considered to have the best climate in the world, with an average
daytime temperature of 24º C. A lot of sunshine, moderate sea wind, hardly
any rain, beautiful beaches, good restaurants and excellent leisure and shopping
facilities offer real quality of living.
Each villa has a garage, laundry room and utility area, large living room,
four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a roof terrace for private sunbathing.
We have full satellite TV and a DVD player. The access to the different floors
is serviced by a private elevator. Solar heating provides hot water to the
bathrooms and the private pool, which includes a Jacuzzi. The urbanization
has private access for the owners. A visitors parking with surrounding gardens
is provided.
Important guest information
1) It may be necessary for you to let us have your passports for 24 hours.
The Spanish Police are becoming more concerned with security and might need
to know who is staying where. They will ask us for your passports, and in
which case, we will request the passports from you.
2) When you arrive, a welcome pack will be available, but please note that
this is only a refresher. Depending on your arrival time, please ensure that
you bring all essential supplies, including food etc. A Spar supermarket is
located in Tauro village, and remains open until about 20.30 hrs.
3) Entry will be at 4:00pm, or earlier if arranged prior. The villa must be
vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
